- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady who prepared my taxes took forever to explain simply things to me. In addition to messing up my tax form. She was suppose to file an injured spouse form for federal and Maryland. She only filed Maryland so my taxes were taken then Jackson Hewitt sent me a bill. When I went back to her to fix the problem she was working with someone. We tried to ask her how long she was going to be because I had to pick up my daughter. She simply ignored us, so got told her we were going to another Jackson Hewitt and will be calling corporate. An hour after I left she kept calling and calling me begging to come back. She said she would wait for me and it was around 8:30pm. I told her several times that when I came up there the 1st hat was the only time I had and cannot come back. I'm livid and have still not filed my injuries spouse form to this day.
